Here is my situation. I just landed a great job in Information Systems Security. Though I have the ability to "DO" just about anything required of me here, my company is unable to bid me out on MANY jobs due to academic requirements of the client. I, therefore, need to get my degree(s) as quickly as I can. By the end of May 2010, I will have completed my Associates in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC). The credits break down like so:
CLEP Humanaties 6
CLEP Social Science 6
CLEP Freshman Comp 6
CLEP Natural Science 8
CLEP Western Civ II 3
DSST Public Speaking 3
NVCC Pre-Calculus 3
NVCC Applied Calculus 3
NVCC Intro Computers 3
NVCC Software Design 3
NVCC Intro Tel-Comm 3
NVCC Multimedia Sftwr 3
NVCC JAVA Prog. I 4
NVCC PC/OS Arch. 3
NVCC Adv DB Mgmnt 3
The AS is within the field that I am employed and will make my career, and the subsequent Masters will also be IT Security specific, however, a BS in just about anything should get me where I need to be. Any advice as to how these credits would map to EC and what testing I could do to fill in the rest would be greatly appreciated.

You wrote you are getting your degree from NVCC. But why would this need to map to EC? Are you considering channeling the NVCC credits to EC for your degree?
By the way, the CLEPs you have lined up look very doable. You could finish them in a month or two if you wanted to.

I would end up with an Associates from NVCC in May, however, if there were a more efficient path going with EC or utilizing EC for the BS after completing my classes at NVCC, I would be interested. I'm sure I would be able to breeze through A&I Lit and the Math CLEPs, however, neither mapped to the more traditional course I had originally planned, so thats 12 hours I'm leaving on the table... unless!!! That's why I am looking at EC as, possibly, a more efficient option.

EC has several BS programs that would fit your needs. If you are just looking for any BS degree the liberal arts degrees are quicker. With a bit more work (and possibly some class time) they also have a couple BS degrees in info technology. If you don't need the IT degree, I recommend either a BS in liberal arts or a BS in business because you can pretty much get all your credit by exam.
Also, from what I can see your credits should all transfer.

My first reaction was to tell you that the CLEP Natural Science exam is worth 6 credits, not 8, which would leave you 2 credit short of an AS. However, I just looked up NVCC and see that they award 8 credits for the Natural Science exam...very nice!

I was confused by that at first, but why argue? I'll take them as I can get them. I assume they consider that a class would have included a lab... Who knows?
