I highly doubt that will work because these 300 level courses are numbered as UL but the course content are not UL in nature nor the name of the course doesn't correspond with an UL course, it won't hurt to ask but don't hold your breath, just take some courses to finish off the degree quickly. You need 2 LL and 3 more UL courses in Business for the AOS.
I know there was a post somewhere else on this fourm where someone did this very recently. They had old CLEP or something from years ago (when the marketing clep came in as UL Intro to Marketing.) and then they took study.com or something as LL, then they could move the UL to the AOS. Because at the time TESU took them as UL. So if they take a different course as LL it will have a different course number then it would come in differently, so it would work.
I think someone else did this recently as well for a liberal arts degree.
If it doesn't work then it doesn't work, but it's at least worth a try since LL courses are easier to complete and come by than UL.
I think the ASNM math is a good idea and super easy as well, since it is basically done. Sophia College Algebra is free you just to have sign up by July 31 and don't even complete it. Or do CSM for only $39 and a fantastic course.
