Then I changed my mind and went for the BSBA CIS which I am almost done with. I just need org behavior to complete it I think.
I went in today and checked on my progress toward a BA Math and BA Math/Nat sci, I am somewhat close to those as well only needing 3 more UL classes.
Then I checked BALS and I have fulfilled all of the requirements for that degree. Funny how that wasn't even on my radar anymore.
I would like to have a BA Math and BSBA CIS but I might settle for a BALS or BA Math/Nat sci.
Its just not that easy to grab UL math/nat sci credits. The TECEP in computer networking should be simple for me so thats one. I need two more UL math/nat sci and don't know where else to get them in a distance learning format or preferably through testing out.
what is a baldas?

I am taking an UL math course from the UK's Open University right now. It's somewhat inflexible because of their semester schedules and there are due dates for the assignments. You also have to live in Europe, probably because you have to mail your assignments to the UK. The course fees for upper level math courses are lower than they would be in the US, and the courses are rigorous.
In addition to Linear Algebra and a combined Linear Algebra/Diff Eq course and Calculus III, LSU has an UL Probability and Stats course that looks good and Empire State College has a bunch of UL math courses, including applied math courses like Numerical Analysis. The University of Idaho Engineering Outreach Program has a bunch of UL beyond Calculus/LA/Diff Eq, but the tuition is very high. There's also Chadron State College, but they're on a traditional semester schedule and UL courses are often offered infrequently (like once a year).

Thanks for all the info.
BALDAS is a BA in Learner Designed Area of Study.
Its was I thought was the quickest way to fill out 120 credits. I had planned on taking my existing credits, my MCSE certs and basically saying thats my degree.
I realized that having a BSBA CIS wasn't really that far away and required maybe 10 more classes/tests so I went all in and am now 1 test away.
One thing I just realized though: my BSBA CIS is made up of brick and mortar, testing and some ACE courses.
Some masters programs do not recognize a BA or BS made up of ACE or certification credits so I think I am going to do another degree that has no ACE components just in case. The BALS is my closest option since some of my math for the math/nat sci are from ALEKs.

Why not just call the masters program you plan on attending? I already did and got a quick answer on CLEP/DSST. They take them and they actually suggest testing for students wanting to get into the masters program quickly. I am holding my breath a little bit on the SL classes. The professor had never heard of SL and wasn't sure, but I am hoping if COSC accepts and has them on my transcript, it'll be ok. If not, hopefully I've learned enough to go quickly pass an accounting test, and yes, I know I could pass the macro test if I had to take it again.

TESC has the Global Environmental Change it is a 6 credit upper level Science. ENS-314 which can be used towards the Natural Science/Math BA. I have never had anyone question what maths or science I took. I just say I have a total of 60 Math/science credits. The class can be fairly easy it is still just 12 weeks and it also goes toward your GPA. It helped me graduate with a 3.9 GPA. No one looks further to see that is based on just 9 TESC credits.

Linda thanks for the recommendation. I might do that, we will see.
Burbuja there is no problem with clep or dsst in most cases but some masters programs will not recognize ace courses. There is a guy on degreeinfo.com trying to get into a state school masters and is having trouble with ace credits based on his certifications.
Most of the masters and mbas I'm looking at don't require a business degree so I just want to make sure i have an undergrad without ace credits, straighter line, Penn foster, msft certs etc.
