HELP PLEASE-- Straighterline Organizational Behavior Course- I need help please

Hello everyone I need help please. I took the Midterm today and .... fail miserably... What's in the syllabus to study isn't what's on the test!! And the test kept resetting. I studied for days and days and failed.

I begin studying for my next test today. I open the book to study the CHAPTER 10 - Developing High Performance Teams which is the next chapter. The syllabus has CHAPTER 13 CONFLICT AND NEGOTIATION IN THE WORKPLACE to study for the exam. It skipped over 2 chapters, I thought I should be studying the next chapter "10". Does anyone know if the next exam study chapters are really Chapter 13 and 14?? What do I truly study. Thx

I took this in January and didn't have problems. I didn't really use the syllabus for any straighterline courses. I went by the quiz pages. If you look on the quiz pages it tells you what chapters the quiz is going to be on. Also, are you not using your book during the tests? If you're doing that poorly you should really be using the book during the quizzes.
