Looks like you took a TESU version?

So far i'm finding the capstone quite difficult because i'm not a great writer.
Have you received any grades yet? I am ahead of the 8-week term, but no grades yet!
I chose to do the guided study because my work schedule is a pain and I have to travel around a lot. I didn't turn in the first assignment because of travel and the professor said it would be ok to turn in 2 assignments together. I then went ahead and completed the first three assignments and uploaded them. Just waiting for them to be graded now.
The assignments are actually chapters of the capstone, so at the end its just a case of putting them all together. I just had 10 days off and completed all of the capstone paper in one go. I asked the prof if it was ok to just hand it in completed, but the individual assignments are needed so he can make suggestions.

I am taking the TESU guided study course with Professor Himelstein. He has always graded my papers within 24 hours. He is very fair as long as you put in the effort.

My experience with the discussion forums is that you get 100% as long as you participate. A couple students in my class skipped some of the discussion posts or posted late. I have no idea how they were graded. But the 100% on those were a given if you were on time. ETS also gives you an automatic 100% for participation. Those are small portions of the grade but they do help boost your overall grade because technically you could get a lower grade on the paper and still have those extra points from the discussion forum/ETS.
Each module is graded and then you revise it based on the instructors input. I ended up with 100% on my final paper because I made the changes that were requested. So I guess with guided study I would submit the individual chapters and let him/her make corrections. Once you've made those you can submit the final paper.
