I just had my first major setback since starting to take DSST/CLEP exams. I was scheduled to take Principles of Management yesterday at 1:30. Well 45 minutes into the exam I had an emergency come up at work (I am an Infantry soldier serving in Iraq, so by work I mean I had to go fight a war). I quickly marked the remaining answers as all C's. Did I mention that I was only on #55 out of 100? Anyway, I'm gonna take a couple weeks to collect myself and thoroughly prepare for my next exam. Has anyone else had any bad luck like this while testing?

Well your situation is unique, did you receive your score yet? The only time I ran into this was when I was taking I believe A&IL where I ran out of time in the test, the only time ever, and I just marked random answers, I did pass by the way.

Not sure if you actually received your score or not but with some confidence in your first 55 answers and a little bit of luck on the last 45 (C's) you may actually have passed.
Let us pray....Father watch over Kenneth in the field and allow him to pass!!
Can I get an Amen?!!!!!

Don't feel bad. After I passed one of my exams, some girl in the other room was having chest problems and the ambulance came shortly thereafter. Not exciting as your story but hey, there was some action at the testing center

Wow. I'm also serving in the AOR and have wondered how such a situation be handled. Ali Al Salem is rather quiet when compared to many other locations, so it's a bit unlikely here. Generally the biggest inconvenience is dealing with all the idiots yelling and screaming at the pool while you're trying to test. That said, I'll take that over mortars any day of the week.
Good luck with the results. Stay safe.

I appreciate everybody's wellwishes. I have not gotten my score back yet, it takes 6 weeks to get results over here. I don't have a good feeling about it, but it was free so "nothing lost, nothing gained."
And yes Jason, I'd have to agree that loud cheers from a swimming pool is quite a different problem that what I'm facing up North... good luck with those heathen swimmers. hilarious
Thanks again everyone.
