I was offered the position of criminal justice chair, but it requires working full-time hours. Full-time instructors at my school work a split shift because there are morning classes and night classes. I can't work nights because that's when my doctoral courses are scheduled.

Just out of curiosity, what was the inspiration for your "Location"?
