I'm planning to take a business law 2 dsst test. I don't know of any good sudy guides. If anybody can recommend one that would be great. Also if you have any tips to share. Also any reviews for "I study smart" course.

Buy the Barron's Bus. Law book and read all the relevant chapters. More than enough.

Be sure to use the DSST fact sheet to discern which chapters are the relevant ones (IIRC it's generally the latter half of the book).
