There are two sites, this free one and
InstantCert - Study Guides For CLEP, DANTES, ECE, And GED Exams which you must pay for.
As far at this site goes, using search is a good idea. You can either use this site's search feature or use a regular search engine such as Bing, Google, or Yahoo using a search string such as this:
clep marketing site:degreeforum.net

The "notes on post 98" as you've mentioned is referring the specific exam feedback section of this forum. The moderator locked access to that portion to paying Instant Cert (IC) subscribers only. So if you register for IC, you will be able to get access to that portion of the forum.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

Any tips for better way to absorb the plethora of information in each clep category, example sociology area has 62 questions, fill in the blanks, are any of these tests multiple choice. Am I the only one struggling?
thanks

I never had any success with the fill-in-the-blank learning technique, so I utilized IC in a different way. My style was to read the "filled in" flashcards like a textbook - take notes, print out info, etc., and not bother with the intended format. Experiment to find your own best way to study.
Also, it's helpful to use other study aids like Peterson's Practice Tests, REA guides, CLEP guides, texts, etc. to complement IC. Be sure to check out the Specific Exam Feedback section for valuable test info - the SEF alone is the worth the price of your IC membership! (it's great, really, really great...

Good Luck!

I only used InstantCert flashcards for most of my tests. I went through them the first time and guessed at the answers. Then I took notes of the correct info - wrote it down so it was reinforced in my mind. Then I studied the notes and went back to do the flashcards... over and over until I got it. I also loved the audio files that go with some of the InstantCert flashcards.
For one or two tests I used podcasts of lectures through itunes university - as I had a long commute.
