So, for anyone else with this question, DSST exams are still scheduled at your local testing center. Find your local testing center at DSST | Get College Credit and call your center directly.

There is a code for 10% till February 2015. you may want to look up ! I read it somewhere in the threads.

I finally realized you have to call to schedule first then pay at the time of testing for DSST, unlike CLEP where you pay first then schedule and bring your voucher with you.
