Well you should see what (if any) courses you've taken with the military will transfer (Thomas Edison State College: Military Training) but then should start knocking out the General Education requirements with tests.

If you are good in a certain area or want to learn a specific area then I'd start with those tests. Otherwise the following should take care of your requirements:

-English Comp (with Essay) CLEP (6 credits)
-Analyze and Interpret Literature CLEP (6 Humanities credits)
-Humanities CLEP (6 credits)
-Take several history CLEP or DSST tests towards the Social Sciences credits
-Other good social sciences tests include Human/Cultural Geography, Psychology, Sociology, or Substance Abuse
-Algebra CLEP
-I'm not sure about Physics (required for your degree)
-Take another random test or two toward your free electives (or use FEMA courses)

Links for you to look at:
Your Degree: Thomas Edison State College: Electronics Engineering Technology
TESC Catalog (CLEP/DSST lists on 193-194): http://www.tesc.edu/documents/College_Ca...1-2012.pdf
CLEP Exams: CLEP Exams | CLEP
DSST Courses (Study Guides): Test Preparation | DSST | Get College Credit
Free Clep Prep (has DSST too), good as a secondary source to this site: Free Clep Prep.com
Best source: Search this site in the upper corner, lots of great information

Send me a private message if you have any questions on the tests I've taken (see below).

Good Luck!
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

Also look into ALEKS for math and Straighterline for most of your general education requirements.
