How many courses taken at once at TESU?

I'm hoping to sign up for Ethics in the Social Sciences and the Liberal Arts Capstone in a few months or so. I'm wondering how much time commitment per day it will takes for these courses. Have you taken them and how much time does it take out of your day?
Is it feasible to take them both at once or is it better to do the Capstone on its own?
