How does a COSC transcript look?

Hello, I’ve finally made my decision to attend Charter Oak State College but I have some questions about different things. The main question is about the transcript. I’ve attended 3 different colleges over a span of seven years. Here are my questions:

1. Will the official COSC transcript show that the credits earned were transferred in from another school? Also, will it show the date these courses were taken? Will there be a note of each school listed next to the course?


2. I have a couple of D’s and W’s on my transcript from previous schools. Will those grades show up on the official COSC transcript? Also, If I repeated a course more than once, will it be recorded twice on the transcript? Or will the passing grade be the only grade to show?


3. If I’ve taken courses at other schools that don’t count towards degree requirements at COSC, will they show up on the transcript also? Or will my transcript reflect the 120 or so credits I’ve earned that apply to the degree program?


4. How does transfer credits from Straighterline/ALEKS/ACE look on the transcript?


I’m asking these questions because I would like to know how my transcript would look to grad schools I intend on applying to once I finish my degree. Thank you for your time and patience. I’ve messed up a lot in school but I’m ready to finish my degree and wouldn’t want grad schools/employers that request transcript copies to see that.
