How can I get ID card?

I am a student in Fall 2023. I have uploaded the photo. But the school IT department didn't respond to me. What can I do?

Thank you very much ！Their staff replied that they had sent it, but they never told me the order number. Excuse me, are they ups,usps or FedEx? I may need to check with the courier company.

That's something I'm not sure of, I don't work for UMPI nor am I a current or previous student... I've yet to ask for a Student ID, but when the time comes, I might just do so. You can email the person/staff member at UMPI, who responded to your inquiry, asking about the mail courier...

You'd have to ask the person you contacted at UMPI how it was shipped to you. If you're an international student, it could be months before it arrives. They usually use the USPS for shipping purposes.
