Rechtschaffen is probably your best bet as far as cost goes, but check with TESC first before you sign up for any of their history courses there. There shouldn't be a problem but no one here has taken advantage of this option yet.
Another option you might consider is one I did back in 2010 when I finished my BA in History through TESC: since you're taking DSST Intro to the Modern Middle East exam, sign up for HIS310 The Middle East through TESC. That course covers virtually the same material as the DSST so if you do well in one you should ace the other very easily, or at least that was my experience. Of course back then there wasn't a capstone requirement so I took that course to also ensure I had a GPA at TESC.
