Hi all,
I hope someone can help me finding online courses in History. I would prefer them be courses with out a proctored exam, bcz in europe its really hard to find a proctor. I am aware of LSU, but I cant find a proctor that satisfies their criteria. Cost is a maggior issue. No need to mention that i need a university or college course, bcz again from europe I cant take clep ..... The uni or college can be either NA or RA, bcz i want to transfer them eventually to AMU.
regards

Their two China classes have no exams. So there is CLEP, DSST, Ohio, BYU, LSU, Excelsior, and many others. I will have to read and re-read your post to see what you actually need. OK?

You may want to ask what AMU wants or will allow. Or, you may want to re-think your college aspirations and choose a different school altogether. What is NA or RA anyway?

WNMU individual courses here:
http://192.136.110.30:8080/webtm/sched.jsp cost about $450/3 credits, so only $150 a credit. That may change, but for now its the price.
CSU Pueblo has a few:
Colorado State University-Pueblo > History
BYU has a few:
BYU Independent Study - Online Courses
You will have to pull up individual courses to see about the proctor requirements. CSU/BYU are also around $150/cr
If you can use lower level credit NMJC is a screaming deal at about $85/cr.

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

Nationally accredited and regionally accredited. NA credits are usually harder to transfer to RA schools, but AMU accepts both.

Hey Kebrit
Not sure where you are in Europe but I did some research for you
Here are the countries in Europe that have CLEP test centers
Germany 8 bases 1 open
Switzerland 2 open centers
Belgium 1 base
here's a link for you I didn't check the whole of the EU but thats a start.
Test Center Search | CLEP
If you can't travel outside your country thats different but with Ryanair or inter-rail its easy to get to some of these centers if you do some of the research
Good luck

Italy has lots of Naval stations but no open centers
London has one too! So that covers most of Europe.
