Depends on your school.

These are all good possibilities:

Introduction to Psychology: Fundamental Issues 3 q.h.
Sociology 1 3 q.h.
Principles of Macroeconomics 4 q.h.
Principles of Microeconomics 4 q.h.
Financial Accounting 1 3 q.h.
Business Law 1 3 q.h.
Principles of Finance
HRM
Organizational Behavior

CLEP and DSST exams are semester hours (usually) not quarter hours, so how they add up vs requirements will be different.

Try to find your schools clep articulation document. It will list the cleps that they accept and which class they equate to. Most schools have this on their website as a page or PDF.
Generally most schools accept most corps but I know usf in Tampa doesn't grant intro to management credit with the management clep. They grant special topics in management. Also they grant no credit for natural science.

Semester hours are what most colleges use. Quarters hours are 2/3 of semester hours; or .667 of a semester hour. So if you have 3 quarter hours that translates to 2 semester hours.
