I'm sure BJ and others will advise to fill out the rest of the template, e.g. to share preferred learning style, etc.
With that many credits, UMPI BLS seems to fit the best fit for you at a glance, which you could do in a term or two (8 to 16 weeks, at 8 weeks per term):
Completed:HAU MBA | BA Economics (US) | Finland Open Studies @ XAMK/Metropolia/Helsinki/Laurea Certs Completed: Scrum CSPO/CSM | Google PM/Data Analytics/Marketing
That's right, you're missing the addendum, it's great you've got the basic template filled in, but with more details, it'll help paint a full picture of your scenario. The more details in both the addendum and template, the better we would be able to assist further as it would provide your budget, commitments, study habits, etc. Do you already have an associates or two, or are those partially completed? I suggest getting a quick check the box UMPI BLS with a minor or two of your choice.

First, kudos in getting credit for your many interests. It's fantastic!
I assume you're interested in completing a Bachelor's or two or maybe one with two majors that tie all this together.
If so, then in terms of price, flexibility, and ease I would suggest looking into Fort Hays State University (FHSU).
What follows is 2+ years old, so things may have changed, but I hope will help get you oriented.
They will do a FREE evaluation of your credits sending you a preliminary transcript, which you can ask that they adjust for several majors that you may have in mind.
In other words a scenario for each major.
That is a valuable document(s) right there.
They allow double majors, and/or you may request to get an additional Bachelor's as you go along.
One caveat: It doesn't matter if you have a zillion credits from Harvard, a reference from the Pope, and are short just one 3 CRH class for your dream major.
You MUST take 30 CRH with them, preferably in your major concentration.
That would cost USD ~ $7,500 per major/degree with oddball fees.
Bachelor tuition is about USD $243 per CRH. Which is reasonable.
They are FAFSA compliant if that is any help (State University).
See: https://www.fhsu.edu/online/admissions/tuition/
They also have online Master's and above.
It looks to me that you have a BSN waiting to happen (but since this is not your interest, note the other Health specialisms)...
...plus another Bachelor in supporting interests as Psychology and English, and maybe a good minor in Business studies.
If I saw something like that on your resume, I would certainly give you an interview back in the day.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022. Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning. Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management
Budget: cheapest possible, I don't have an exact number.
Commitments: Busy with 3 small children but can dedicate a couple hours a day to school and much more on weekends.
Timeline: it doesn't have to be fast but from what I've seen finishing in a term or two at UMPI or WGU might be the cheapest.
Tuition assistance: none
Adding: I'm am much better test taker than essay writer which was my hesitation with UMPI. My two associates, the A.A.S. in Early Childhood Studies and ADN, are complete.

Great update, your next steps then, follow through with the recommendations, anything would do for you, something like post#3 for "I suggest getting a quick check the box UMPI BLS with a minor or two of your choice." Be it the educational studies minor or anything else...

Edit Reason: clarification
)
My goal is to take the minimum amount of classes at UMPI in 2 sessions (10 classes, 30 units, most of them the UL)
I've attached a plan, it looks like I need:
Sophia: Visual Communications, Ancient Greek Philosophers
SL: World Civilizations I, World Civilizations II
Study.com: Political Science 101, History 308
That will leave me with only 7 courses (21 Credits) needed at UMPI, so I think I should skip the Study.com ones unless they are much less intense than at UMPI and just tack on easier UL at UMPI
Questions:
Am I missing anything from my previously earned credits that could fulfill any of the requirements I'm missing?
Would it be worth it to take the two Study.com courses?
Is anything glaringly wrong with my plan? I'd almost rather go into UMPI needed only 7 to 8 classes in case something doesn't transfer. I really do not want to take a 3rd session.
Hmm, it may be easier to get a BLS with a minor in History if you're into that subject area, you can also take the 3-4 classes that will exempt/transfer you to the UMPI MAOL if you decide on a Masters down the road. Various options are available for you...

Thanks for the help! Can I ask why the BLS would be easier? Are the classes simpler?
