I think back in the day if you sent an SL transcript straight to EC without the ACE middleman, they would accept it and launder the grade. It's been a LONG time since that was allowed though, so it'd still be dumb if you're being given this advice.

Okay that would be great. I'm fine with trying to do the work myself of choosing the courses I just don't want to actually go take them unless I'm completely sure they will work so that would be great.
Thank you very much, have a good weekend.

I saw something on here these last couple days about SL giving grades that's why I thought that but I must have been reading a really old post.

He probably should, to explain why he would have someone do an expensive BSBA at Excelsior instead of TESU. The he could talk about all of the CLEP/DSST/UExcel exams he recommends, instead of cheaper or more convenient alternatives - not that no one should take those exams, but just why he doesn't offer lots of different options.
I'd love to hear what he has to say about all of this!!!

You guys are making a whole lot of assumptions. I know that he might not have the best degree plans out there but when I started I told him that I wanted to go through the most reputable college and get finished the fastest way NOT the cheapest way.
When I first started he asked me if I was more concerned about cost or time and if I had answered differently my degree plan may have included all of those other things.

The TESU BSBA is faster, though. I tested out of the capstone after a few hours of study. If I had gone with Excelsior, I would have had to spend almost four months completing the capstone course. Plus, TESU accepts easier exams as upper level credits.

Not to mention the TESU BSBA only requires 12cr of UL coursework in the AOS; COSC & EC both require 30cr.

Most reputable is pretty subjective. Excelsior has more students and a larger ad budget, but it's not necessarily any more reputable. TESU and COSC are both state schools. They're all non-profit. None of the three are "disreputable." Did he give reasons as to why he considers EC any better than the other two?
Anyway, as others have mentioned, TESU is a lot faster anyway, so he was wrong again. Even though cost wasn't the focus, TESU has the added benefit of being (generally) the cheapest as well. Jay proves to be consistently wrong any time he tries to help.
Also, you mentioned him not having "the best" plans. It's not that theyre just not the best, it's that they're factually wrong and would waste you a lot of money and not lead to a degree without correction, wasting you time and money. That's absurd. He's a scam.
