from the TESC catalog........
Policy on D Grades
Students may transfer in or apply Thomas Edison State
College course grades of D to their nonarea of study
requirements as long as their overall grade point average is
at least a 2.0, or higher as determined by the School in
which they are enrolled, with the following exceptions:
⢠All area of study courses must be graded C or better
in order to apply to area of study requirements.
⢠All required composition courses must be graded
C or better.
The catalog is under student services, publications.
I'm currently enrolled at TESC for BusAdmin - Operations Mgt.

Also, keep in mind that hospitality mgt. is a hybrid program. That means TESC does not offer ALL of the courses needed to complete it. You will need to take at least one course (probably more) somewhere else. I'm doing an entrepreneurship major and am in a class at Rowan right now to satisfy the Small Business Finance requirement (yes, there were a couple of online options for this course, but being in state, Rowan turned out to be the cheapest way to go). An adviser at TESC can usually provide with online options for the classes they don't offer directly. It does add some cost and complexity though.

Thank you. I can't edit my other post now, not sure why, but I am aware of the Comp class.
Thank you ALL for all the WONDERFUL information! Working SMARTER, NOT harder.
