I ran across an OSHA web site OSHAacademy. They have a lot
of good free courses. I'm not sure if they carry credit. It would be nice.

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

It looks interesting, they are not affiliated with OSHA though so I don't see their programs as being comparable to FEMA or other such programs.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

After seeing this thread I read through the site a little,
If I am not mistaken, only the 700 training course is completely free. After that you have to pay like 15$ for the certifications.
Correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I saw, but I didn't read everything do I might have missed things.

OSHAcademy | Free Online OSHA Health and Safety Training - 132 Hour OSH Professional Program
The Professional Program with 25 courses says it can be worth up to 13 credits of CEU's which from what I understand means nothing in college credit. Not sure if anyone would know better then me...just been trying to find anything that says otherwise and can't.

From the quick glance at the site, the courses themselves appear free, but if you want a completion certificate, you must pay $11.95 for an emailed certificate, or $20 plus shipping for a mailed one. The cost is per-course, so the cost could stack quickly.
Alternatively, OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certification is widely available and should cover all those same subjects for one fee to culminate in a recognizable cert, instead of individual course completions. Here is a link on the .gov website of authorized online training sources:
OSHA Outreach Training Program - OSHA-Authorized Online Outreach Training Providers
At least 10-hour training is strongly suggested for anyone who might have interaction with OSHA at some point. Our work site had two visits from OSHA under non-complaint National Emphasis programs in the last month and a half - the local branch has hired a ton of new inspectors judging from the volume of traffic to all the manufacturing companies in the area - and out of both visits, have no citations. We would not have been so fortunate a few years ago before the company required across-the-board training.
