Took the Criminal Justice exam today

Passed with a 458

For those considering taking the test here is my success formula:

Ran thru IC 3 times

Read Cliff Notes once (1), here is the link: Criminal Justice

Took the 3 free DSST practice exams at: DANTES Prep

Total study time around 15 hours.

I had limited knowledge in Criminal Justice before testing, except that time at a college keg party, but I plead the 5th Amendment.

You will need to know 4,5,6,8 & 14th Amendments

A fairly easy test, though I would not have passed it without studying.

Some have taken this test cold, do so at you own peril. Watching a few episodes of CSI is not enough to pass this test.

Hi All!

I went into this test with limited knowledge of the Criminal Justice System and passed with a score of 446! My recipe for success is very simple; review instantcert flashcards 2-3 times, followed by reviewing the Snazzlefrag study notes the night before or day of the exam for a general refresher. If you do this and feel comfortable in your memorization I can almost guarantee a passing score. For me this was the less stressful and easiest of my upper division tests, however do NOT skimp on studying. Set yourself up for success!
