I don't know if it's too late or if you already found theinfo, but the detailed test info for study purposes I found on another link in here.

What type of flash cards does IC use for this DSST? Do they have fill in the blank or multiple choice?

Also, has anyone used a textbook or study guide to prepare for this exam? Hos did it go?

I used the IC cards, Peterson exams and a sparkchart and did well. Understanding key concepts are important. You don't need a textbook for this exam. This is a very easy exam, I didn't even study all of the IC cards completely. You will be fine, just prepare yourself as usual.
Romans 6:23 "The wages of sin are death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus."
