Help me figure out where to go
#1
Current position: Hybrid nursing-administrative/clerical position for a non-profit healthcare company. I do telephone nursing but also a bunch of other things involving computers. Because I am an LPN (college diploma instead of degree)instead of an RN, I cannot move "up" unless I move up in Nursing (not something I care to do) or with a degree.

Goal: Moving "up" into the ranks of my company, also getting a raise.

I'm struggling to find where to go next to get a higher degree that might make use of what I have, and preferably would be healthcare/health focused. Advice seriously needed! I am also open to Religious degree due to the nature of my organization.

*Bonus: Classes that work on my own schedule instead of the "submit this on Sunday" and the dreaded "respond to two classmates in the forum" would be fabulous.

Do you think a business administration degree would work for your situation? Since you're already a nurse, having business admin would give you tools to move up into management. Business is a very straightforward path to DIY a degree.
NanoDegree: Intro to Self-Driving Cars (2019)
Coursera: Stanford Machine Learning (2019)
TESU: BA in Comp Sci (2016)
TECEP:Env Ethics (2015); TESU PLA:Software Eng, Computer Arch, C++, Advanced C++, Data Struct (2015); TESU Courses:Capstone, Database Mngmnt Sys, Op Sys, Artificial Intel, Discrete Math, Intro to Portfolio Dev, Intro PLA (2014-16); DSST:Anthro, Pers Fin, Astronomy (2014); CLEP:Intro to Soc (2014); Saylor.org:Intro to Computers (2014); CC: 69 units (1980-88)

If you did do the Pierpont BOG AAS, I would go for the UMPI BAS with a minor of your choice, be it Management, MIS, PM... If you haven't done the BOG AAS, then switch that to the BLS with the choice of minors (similar to the BAS)
