It looks like you would have enough credits for an Area of Focus (minor) in Psychology. That only requires 21 credits including at least 6 UL.
Also, don't forget that Substance Abuse is considered Applied Professional/Free Electives not a Social Science at EC. (It doesn't actually change anything in your plan. It will just rearrange things a bit.)
I am counting 33 UL credits. A BSLS degree only requires 30 UL, so you could switch one with a LL option, if you want.
Also, Burbuja is correct. All Bachelor's degrees in the school of Liberal Arts require a Capstone course (for new enrollees after 7/1/2010).
