Help With Completing Fastest/Cheapest With 105+ Credits Already Completed

Dear DegreeForum,

I am looking for the fastest and least expensive path towards a degree based on the following credits already earned. I also have some Americorps service work along with some experience in the job market that could translate towards credits. I am a fast learner and am definitely looking for a degree that will allow me to take the majority of the remaining credits - hopefully there are not many necessary - by test or similar without a minimum time limit beyond registering and completing the course at my own pace. With some removed due to failing grades/ withdrawals. Any ideas in the quickest method how to earn my bachelor's, which I'd like to be a bachelor of science if at all possible? Hopefully the titles of these courses don't give too much information to the school I'm thinking of transferring out of --.

I realize that the fastest might be through supplementing with classes through something like straighterline, but what about the upper level courses? What is the easiest degree to test out of for non-gen ed requirements??

A few questions:
1. Are these quarter hours or semester hours?
2. Was your lower level English an English Comp II or Writing II or Technical Writing sort of class?
3. Did the Zombie class have a lab? (if not, what sort of class was it? Lit or Econ or Stats or...?)

To answer your questions..
1. These are all semester hours
2. Lower level english course beyond the Writing I mentioned was an elective english course, though it did involve technical writing? A little unsure, it focused on a specific topic
3. Idk wtf the zombies class was, perhaps political studies if anything? general liberal arts bullsh lol..... not that it wasn't enjoyable


Also I am currently enrolled in 5 courses beyond this transcript: retaking A&P II, Calculus I, Business Management Excelsior Exam, organizational business, and an upper level business course. Don't know how I am going to do in the last two but the first three should be A's..

yes it was an american history course - currently taking a look at straighterline courses to fulfill tesu requirements - my initial major was nursing, then some public health, now healthcare management. i do not care very much what degree now i earn my bachelor's in, unless there is a certain path that would open up many job opportunities or look particularly impressive. a general business degree would suffice and i'm sure my parent's would like to see something in healthcare but i am planning on continuing my education, just want to get a bachelor's squared away. also interested in compsci/it but it looks like that would take alot of extra coursework. i understand that some of these credits likely won't fulfill degree requirements. are they even enough for gen-eds at the big three? again thanks for the help

how do the grades affect what courses can transfer? like for tesu bsba, would the healthcare finance D+ count for financial accounting or principles of finance or any of the courses listed under area of study? perhaps i'd be better off looking at healthcare management degrees? definitely looking for the quickest path, i have no qualms with developing a rigorous course of exam study

At TESU and COSC, courses with D grades can count for general education (except for English Comp, which must be a C) and courses in the major. So Healthcare Finance could be a free elective since it doesn't count for general education.

Excelsior does not accept D grades in transfer.

Normally, I can do a degree plan, but unfortunately with your courses, they are not an easy transfer. I honestly don't know what many of these would transfer in as.

The easiest way to do this is actually to apply at TESU and transfer in your courses, and see what they come in as. Then, I could help you plan your degree. They have a BSBA in General Management, and also a BSBA in Healthcare Management that you could probably test out of after seeing what you have already.

WGU also has a BS in Business in Healthcare Management, and that might be a good option for you as well.

EC & COSC both have BSBA's that are test-out-able.
