Just heard back from my advisor. I don't think her response will help anyone other than COSC students, but here it is just in case:
You asked about having Straighterline credits go through Fort Hayes. Charter Oak has to receive the Straighterline transcript directly from Straighterline in order to award credit. The graduate school will probably not pick apart the transcript to that degree. Remember most of your credits for the concentration have been earned through testing, which is a non-traditional approach to earning credit.
