I'm in Turkey (turkish citizen) and wanting to go Canada primarily. US is an option too. Yes I am looking for student visa.
Poor grades are not likely to get you a student visa. Have you considered repeating the classes you did poorly in?

Another possible option: get an online Bachelor's degree (no visa needed), then try to get a student visa for a Master's degree. It might not work either, but it might be a more viable plan than trying to get a student visa for a Bachelor's degree in your current situation.

Hey OP, is there a reason to have two accounts? It's alright, this has happened a few times already. Please reply back with the one you will continue to use, then clear your cookies for this webpage and/or password manager on your browser as well and/or other devices. Please re-read post #2 and provide us more details.
Currently, we still don't have much info on what's happening, we can't help you, you need to help us help you and understand what was causing that failure in the first place. If we can't help, we can at least direct you to the right people or in a direction that will get you there... Totally in your court right now, we're here to help, but you're not being fully transparent.
