TESU's last increase already made me very interested in going somewhere else.
You can use a federal student loan to get out of the RW fee by taking 16 resident credits. When you take that much, the RW fee is no longer required since you don't need to waive the minimum credit requirement. You cannot use the federal student loan to pay the RW fee.
