Does anyone know what Penn Foster requires in a proctor? (as in, who may proctor the exams?) Please offer examples of the proctor that you have found.

-Need 6 more credits for Excelsior College BS in General Business
-Tested out of 46 credits to date
Credits to finish:
Operations Mgmt-CSU-Pueblo MGMT 311
Business Policy- CSU Pueblo MGMT 485 or TESC exam???

I found the answer to my own question in the school brochure. "The proctor must be someone who holds at least an associates degree and is not related to you". Easy enough...
