One of the students that I took the PIA classes with went to the Graduate Certificate online advising session and was told that for the American Literature and Culture certificate, you need 8 credits in English and 8 credits in Social Science. So, the 2 credit hour Social Science classes that are partially on Campus would work, but you would need a total of 8 credits in Social Science.
I am seriously considering completing this certificate, but will probably end up taking the fully online classes.
