Harvard Extension has released their academic calendar for next year. In the past you had to complete residency (16 credits or 4 classes for the Bachelors). These ran from three to fifteen weeks per course, that has changed with the addition of the Hybrid model.
The following courses count for residency and simply include 2-5 days on campus per course, the balance of your work is still completed online. In a way you miss the opportunity to network and experiecne the campus, on the other hand it has never been easier to fulfill the residency requirement...this has been a big deal for many in considering the program. Truly, with this new model the gates are unbarred.
