Hacks for reversing biological aging...
#1
Anyone do anything remotely close to what this person has done? Using Biomarkers and all to determine your fitness and health level?  I should try something like this as I am getting older.  I am definitely interested in this and want to work on that part I may be lacking in (fitness or health wise).

Link: A longevity doctor says he reversed his biological age by 11 years. Here are the 3 things he does every day to stay healthy for longer.

“There's no consensus on how to define or measure biological age, but Hong used the PhenoAge algorithm, which measures nine biomarkers associated with aging, including inflammation levels and metabolic health.” Biological age is pretty much a bunk science.

That being said, exercising more, reducing stress, and maintaining a healthy diet are pretty much the gold standard for health. Easier said than done in the modern world unless you have vast amounts of wealth and/or access to the best healthcare like the centennials listed in the article.

I agree there is no one size fits all for health. I have two autoimmune disorders. All you can do is everything in moderation. Its also your genes and luck. There are some people who live to be a 100 and eat greasy bacon and eggs everyday and I know this one guy that has high cholesterol but follows a vegan diet works out a lot because he has a family history of heart problems.

I gave up caffeine some time ago, and I sleep and dream better than before.

I practice meditation, and not giving AF helps reduce stress.

Here an intereting video that popped in my feed today.  Genetics can play a role, but good choices can play a huge role in how you look and feel.

Why did classic TV actors look so old?
