Are you sure that Penn Foster and Clovis have the courses mentioned in the original post as well?
EDIT: here is
http://www.clovis.edu/downloads/Fall2010Schedule.pdf. I don't see anything for Operating Systems, although there does seem to be something related to networking (traffic management). They also have Database Design, so maybe that would work as well.

They both have plenty of computer courses although I am not sure exactly which ones.

I took System Analysis/System Design, Intro to Programming and Visual Basic trough PF and all were approved by TESC. I recently found online courses offered trough Ashland Community College in KY, thanks to an earlier post from PeanutsMom

All courses are broken down into modules, self-paced and not very expensive. TESC approved me to take IT 250 IT Security and CIS 230 Advanced Computer Apps. I will start next week.
