Which ones did you take?

I have everything completed except for the finals for 6 study.com classes. All of the quizzes and assignments are completed. I had to pause my membership because of financial reasons. I’m unemployment right now and I’ve broken my foot twice This past year, my husband had his appendix out a month ago and my mother was just in the hospital for sepsis (I’m her sole care taker) now this! I want to scream. All of this work and now this!!! I’m in complete panic mode and in tears. Thanks for the cherry on top of the worst year ever.

Yeah, I'm mad about this too, but the more I've thought about it, the more I realize it isn't as bad as I originally thought. At first, I was thinking they were only going to allow 50% of credits to be transferred from ACE / NCCRS. Have you completed your capstone at TESU?

And have you transferred in what you have right now?

My recommendations to anyone in that boat, don't forget about TECEPS. I actually really liked the ones I took and didn't find them any more difficult than a CLEP.

Aside from the recommended reading for TECEPS, where else do you find good prep material? The lack of info relevant to the TECEPs stresses me out a bit tbh. When I took a bunch of CLEPs and DSSTs, the study guides saved my life!

Aiming for TESU BSBA-GM, ASNSM in Biology, ASNSM in Computer Science

Question: How would this affect a Data Science Degree from TESU?
I will have 90 credit hours of my General Education completed and submitted by March but the remainder of my degree is from Statistics.com which I believe is through ACE!!!!

SDC has some study materials for TECEPs, you only need the minimum level membership to access them. InstantCert has study guides for Operations Management, Public Relations, and Strategic Management.

No, you do NOT need to take 10 classes with them. You only need to take 2 classes + 8 classes from somewhere like TEL Learning. 8 classes from TEL Learning is $1600. You can still get a degree for less than $10k all-in.

You do NOT need to take 10 classes at TESU to have enough RA credit. There are also cheaper options out there such as WGU and UMPI.

Your best bet would probably be to redo some Gen Eds at cheap RA sources. Since you need to be able to use those Statistics.com credits or the degree gets very expensive.

What gen eds do you have done and what are left to do? I suggest starting your own thread in the degree planning section and we can help make suggestions for RA credits you might want to take.
