I need to start applying for loans for grad school next year... I filled out FAFSA and TAP (from HESC) and I got some grants from my school ($10,000) and if I keep my GPA over a 3.7 I get another $7,000 scholarship but it's not enough...
Anyone know other places I can apply to for grants?

Maybe someone else with more graduate experience than me can chime in, but all the grants I know of are for Undergrad.
As far as loans,
Try the Staford and Perkins loans and see how they pan out.
