Got inital eval. back. Need some advise on UL

Finally I got my initial evaluation back, and I need 18 UL. From the 18, 6 can be Applied Profess. I already passed Drug Abuse and Abnormal Psych. as well as 6 more UL's from language proficiency tests.

The first question: For a Liberal Arts degree, would DSST Business Law II count as UL Applied Prof.? or it wouldn't count at all?

Since I also need 3 lower level credits, I was thinking about studying for Business Law I and II at the same time. If anyone has done that, please advise me.

Second question: From ECE Social Psych, Gerontology and Adulthood & Aging, which two are easier to pass?
Like I mentioned, I already passed Abnormal Psych. (B) and I'm schedule to take Research Methods tomorrow, based on that, what can I find easier?

I will take the DSST regular ULs, but I just want to plan ahead for the EC exams.
