Hello all, I’m having a bit of a weird experience with Coursera/Credly regarding the Google IT Support Professional certification. I had initially completed the course in late 2021 and got the badge on Credly. When generating the Credly transcript it was showing the ACE endorsement for the Google IT support professional badge. I noticed there was a new version on Coursera now so I went and re-did it. However it didn’t update my badge at Credly. I sent Coursera an email and they “manually updated my badge”, it now shows the new complete date of last week, but when I generate a transcript from Credly it no longer shows the ACE endorsement/recommendation. I emailed Coursera support again and they said this is a known issue with the current version of the badge and they hope it gets fixed soon. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I’m only annoyed because I’m prepping to transfer credits to TESU and I’m worried if it doesn’t show the ACE endorsement on the credly transcript they won’t accept it for anything. Any ideas? Alternatively, when transferring credits from Coursera to TESU, does it need to go through credly or can I just share my cert link from Coursera? Thanks!

It's been a while since I looked at my Credly transcript, I don't recall, but at the bottom of the transcript, it should indicate if this is worth credit or not. Thus, you should review your transcript and see if it has notation or not... For transfers, it goes like this, Coursera > Credly > TESU. Your only option is to email Coursera, Credly, and TESU in regards to the issue...

I just looked at my Coursera Certificate and my Credly Badge and I can't find anything about ACE accreditation so maybe they just don't say that anymore?
Where was this located on the old one?
According to my advisor Coursera has to go through Credly.
I completed this recently, transcripted through Credly, and was granted credit within about 12 days.
Coursera is terribly buggy/glitchy, so I can't remember which issues I might have had with this course or if it was with others but ultimately I did complete this one and it was accepted by TESU.
It is free and quick/easy to have Credly send your transcripts, and then TESU will let you know if there is any issue with it or not.
I sent multiple transcripts from Credly within a short time frame and no one complained, so even if you have to resend again later I don't see any drawbacks to just going ahead and sending what you have via Credly and going from there.
