Sorry for the noob question, I tried searching but can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for.
I just started ALEKS tonight and took the Intermediate Algebra course. I scored a 72% on the initial test. I read somewhere that anything over 70 was enough to not have to take the whole course. Is this correct? If so, what do I do? I registered with ACE earlier also.
After my test, ALEKS prompts me to go through and master each section of a pie chart. What's next? Do I have to take the whole course? How do I apply for ACE credit now? Thanks guys!

Congrats on the 74%, you're all done. Nothing else needed in the ALEKS end for this course.
If you're having trouble adding the course to your transcript, here's a step by step walkthrough on how to do it from ACE.
It uses a McDonald's training course as an example, but obviously you want to look for and add the ALEKS course instead of McDonald's.

A hint. I have heard that some schools accept Intro Algebra. In case you end up taking a degree from such a school, spending a half hour on Intro first might be a way to pick up 3 credits at no extra cost. Note that many schools will not accept Intro earned after Intermediate.

COSC takes intermediate and beginning algebra as a math elective for example. Worth the time if you are doing college algebra to hit those along the way.
