It's not covered by the instantcert flash cards which is why you don't see any feedback for it. Typically, you'll find feedback for subjects that are covered by instantcert flash cards. Any reason why you need to take this particular exam? Can you take the DSST in Principles of Public Speaking for instance?

I don't have any experience with this particular exam, but my experience with Uexcels in general is that the practice tests are as good as a study guide in and of themselves. I don't bother with the recommended textbooks - I just read through the practice exam answer keys and google key terms that I find.

A few options that will fill the requirement:
Penn Foster Business & Technical Writing
Straighterline Business Communications
TECEP Managerial Communications

Thanks, I was looking at the Workplace communication 1st and if by chance I fail (would be my first Uexcel), then TECEP.

Straighterline Courses are about $99/month service and are pretty easy, & less pressure on final exam. PF courses are typically the easiest but cost about $237. TECEP exams tend to lack prep material, so it's more on your own, but count for the 24 credit TECEP residency requirements if doing the "Per Credit" tuition plan. UExcels tend to be very doable, and in cases with instantcert even doubly so, but with the lack of flash cards, you'll have to figure out what to study. Make sure to look over the sample questions, the exam guidelines packet, and to buy the 2 practice exams, and you'll likely get a C, B, or A through a combination of knowledge, and decent/good test taking.

Just throwing this out there... Saylor's NCCRS-recommended Corporate Communication exam will also satisfy the Managerial Communications requirement at TESC. It's $25 per exam.

Quote:BUS210 Corporate Communication is recommended for credit in the lower division baccalaureate degree category in business. It carries the equivalency of COM-373 Managerial Communications, but could also fill in for MAN-373 and HRM-373.
