It took me three tries in a row to pass, still under 3 hours total. The thing is that they don't let you see answers to questions, but reuse most of the questions if you take it again. I had no idea which ones I had gotten right -- or even worse had gotten wrong. Because of this I may have made the same mistakes with each test. I did feel like I learned quite a bit, and the next time we have to deal with our insurance agent I will be armed with knowledge about insurance ethics Wink

Just had mine approved by ACE today. Unfortunately it took me four tries, but finally made it.

There was a post today where someone took a Business Law course for 2 cr, TESC put in "waiver" and added an additional cr requirement down in the Business Electives section (from 9 to 10 cr). SO, I'm really hoping that the same will happen with this Ethics course, and we can make it up elsewhere.

I can't remember for which course, but yes TESC also took in my 2 credits (maybe it was TEEX) and "shopped" for the balance from the free electives section of my requirements.

Make sure you grabbed the correct course from ACE. There are several that are similar and you need to make sure you got the right one. You want:

Ethics and the CPCU Code of Professional Conduct ( online course) (Ethics 312)

Nice find. I took the exam cold and got an 80%. Submitted to ACE and pending review. Don't really need it, but I'll take the free credits just in case I find a use for them in the future. Thanks!
