I am not sure which unions are involved with this, but I saw this:

My teacher's union sent out the info about it, but I think it is available for anyone who has a union membership. There are a bunch of undergrad degrees that you can take advantage of.

I saw a reference to Eastern Gateway Community College for the Associates degree. I didn't read far enough to see which school might grant the Bachelors.

Interesting indeed... I thought it would just be the "50 states", but seems to also include territories (doesn't mention which ones, I assume all of them)...
Anyways, they seem to have expanded their program to a couple of colleges for their Associates and a couple of universities for their Bachelors!

It looks like they've been steadily expanding the program over the years. That's good to see. Maybe they'll be able to offer grad programs eventually.

It appears to be all AFL-CIO affiliated unions.

Yes but I don't think working America gets you any of the college benefits. I tried a few years ago when the union college benefits were first mentioned. I could be wrong or things could have changed, though.
