Does anyone know if Franklin Covey certificates can be transferred to any of the Big Three for credit?

For TESC, I'd doubt it. You can find the list of certifications and licenses here: Thomas Edison State College: Licenses & Certifications

They could seek to certify themselves with ACE and then you'd be able to get transfer credit (based on their approval), but without being on that list (above) or on ACE's list then I'd say you've got some great experience that would get you toward the knowledge needed to test out of some business courses or to complete PLA's, although both of those cost money and take time. Transfer credit isn't likely but the knowledge still holds power.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.
