Hi, I have a total of 66 credits from an incomplete degree(Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering). I studied between 2011-2013 in India in an accredited university. So, I completed 50% of the total 4 years. Have anyone tried transferring credits that are a decade old or from an incomplete degree?

I don't think TESU will accept those in the AOS but they should at least work as electives. Given that you need a total of 24 or more RA credits (or their foreign equivalent), an evaluation would almost certainly be in your best interests.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I had mechanical engineering credits from 2002-2004 come in and be acceptable in AOS for a BS Technical Studies (in 2016). They were flagged as old credits, but counted.
The foreign evaluation might be a wrinkle. It's definitely worth a shot though, as rachel said, at worst they should come in as a elective credits.
In Progress: MBA - HAUniv, Anticipated 2024
Completed: BSBA OpMgmt - TESU June 2021
UG - AP Tests: 20 credits | APICS: 12 Credits | CLEP: 6 credits | Saylor Academy: 6 credits | Sophia.org: 27 credits | Study.com: 12 credits | Davar Academy: 3 credits | TESU: 15 credits | Other College: 99.5 credits
GR - HAUniv: 9 credits

user Transcript Research for evaluation. Don't go with WES or ECE

1) For COSC/Excelsior, it's either ECE or WES for academic evaluations, TESU gives you more options:
https://www.tesu.edu/admissions/apply-in...al-student
2) Apply for the TESU BS Tech Studies and see which courses are remaining, I think it'll mainly be your general education and/or free electives
3) Get a second monitor if you don't have one already and sign up for Sophia.org, take courses that are missing in the TESU catalog.
You still need these anyways, it's required for all their associates and bachelors degrees:

Any reason for this suggestion?
