It's been quite a while since I took this, but I only used the REA guide w/CD and InstantCert and didn't do too bad I agree that this is probably one of the best REA subject guides.
If you don't feel confident, make sure you take all the tests in the book (or CD) and take at least one of the Peterson's tests too (I think they're still $25?) if you want to be safe. The more exposure to the types of questions you'll be asked the easier the real test will be.
There are a few questions requiring understanding the math elements, like markup, markdown, break even, price elasticity, etc. so make sure you get that material.
If you can get through the full IC flashcard series at 90% or better and get at least a 50-60 on all the practice tests, you'll be fine.
