First Let me say thank you to all of you that share your knowledge on this forum. I have lurked here for years, taking a few classes here and there, but last year I decided to get serious and just get started. My progress so far would not have been possible without everything I have learned from this forum.
I snatched a spreadsheet I found on the forum for the BALS and tried to start plugging in my courses, but I am having trouble figuring out what needs to go where. I want to get an Idea of what else I need other than the UL courses.
Speaking of UL courses, since UL's are uncertain now at Study.com, I am not sure the best place to go for these would be.
Here are my courses that I have completed, as well as courses in progress. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

Ideas Wrote:What you should take depends on if you want cheap, fast, or easy. And if you like to take 1 test or take a course.
Have you considered getting an IT or similar degree for your Bachelor's?
I am looking for mostly "fast and cheap", like SL, Saylor, Study, ect. I have considered IT/CS but honestly just looking to get the quick degree to go with my AAS, and planning to go for an IT masters degree from WGU afterwards. I am 45, ready for a career change, and the clock is ticking, lol.
Thanks!

I do believe the higher level Vietnam course at study.com is still UL and a lot of those Shmoop courses are too. There is a shmoop thread on here somewhere if you search for it. They would be the cheapest option as you only need 5 UL courses and you could get all of those for $88 in a month.
MTS Nations University- September 2018 BA.LS.SS Thomas Edison State University -September 2017
Saylor Corporate Communication is upper level too. So is Straighterline Business Communications along with their course Business Ethics.

Thanks, all the talk of downgrades at study.com had me worried. I have not done any courses at Shmoop, I will have to check them out.
Ideas Wrote:I would suggest getting 9+ credits as fast as you can at ALEKS.
And get the 4-6 free credits at TEEX, but only after ALEKS.
Definitely going to get those from TEEX, I am not so great at math so I have been putting it off, but I may have to try to get my Algebra through them.

Ok great, and the Business Ethics will come in separate from the "free ethics" seems like i read they duplicate, but IDK, would be great if they did not.
Starting to feel a little better, Thanks!!

Don't waste your time with all of the TEEX courses, you have a ton of Free Electives already. Just do Cybersecurity for Business Professionals which will come in as a Gen Ed Elective.
For ALEKS, if you want to quickly get Intermediate Algebra, that's all you need for the BALS.
The SL Business Ethics duplicates the Free Ethics course, so don't bother with that either.
Also, you may want to let us know which courses you're registered for in the fall, to make sure that they will all fit in your degree plan.
You also might want to look at the COSC degree, as it should be similar in pricing, and they may take more of these computer courses than TESU will.

Thank you for your help!
Fall is in that list, they are all computer classes, spring will be the about the same (web admin, database management, Visual Basics II, and algebra). I know these dont fit in with the BALS as well as others might but i need those for my specific AAS.
So I will take your advice and see if COSC will take more of those classes.
thanks again!
