Even a TESU degree shouldn't (usually) cost 10k. It's possible to get a TESU degree down to maybe 6k, possibly 7k. A UMPI degree is even less.
If you've got a 10k budget, it's completely possible to get both an undergrad and grad degree for that price.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

@JPeG, Calgary or Edmonton? Interesting, you mentioned 10K... you can do something similar to what I recommended one of our members. Supermind completed the TESU BALS with Psych concentration, then Walden MS Psych, after graduation from the Masters, gained admittance into the Psy Chi Society. For you, I would recommend something slightly different, do the UMPI undergrad degree for $2800 and the Walden MS Psych I/O concentration for $6K under two terms. Tada, you're under 10K, you can also join the PSY CHI Society, but I would join it right when you start your program as it takes a few months wait! Welp... now i'm going down this new rabbit hole! Thank you!! =) hah. I was definitely exaggerating on the 10k, but just meant to highlight that I don't want to drop 10k on something that in my world (at least for the moment) isn't 'necessary' for what i do, or likely even for my next step or two, given where i'm at. I'm currently reading through the other post you mentioned and exploring the walden site to get a sense of what i might be in for should i go that route. Very intrigued though.
I'll have to check out the psy chi society stuff as well. meanwhile, getting more courses done where i can on sophia to max that out before taking next steps in any direction.. but super interested in what might be doable
Oh, and I'm in Calgary.

My vote - UMPI BABA Mgmt/Ldrshp; since you already have your PMP cert, there's no reason to get a degree in that - it's redundant.
Then, if you're still feeling like school is fun, and you have all that extra money that you didn't spend because you chose UMPI, you go and get a master's degree from somewhere inexpensive in Psych I/O or something along those lines. But I would worry about that later.

Alright well, quick update a couple months later.
Just waiting on admissions, but pretty sure this is about to go down for August. I was able to complete a substantial amount of credit via sophia, and then picked up a couple from study.com and 2 more from Saylor to help satisfy some of the core requirements (well over 100 potential transfers at this point, so expecting the full 90). I intentionally left bus 440, 469 and 335 to do at UMPI 'just in case' i decide to do the MAOL after and fast-track it a bit, but should be able to do just 10 + yourpace intro course to satisfy the BABA.
I'm not sure if there's a "best way" to share the equivalencies though, and curious for any input. I figured just via Credly would be best (annnnnnd easiest), but i also noted there are a couple of courses that seem to have a different alignment if you check the equivalencies via ACE/Credly in their system vs. direct credit (i.e. Sophia directly vs. SOPH from Credly might actually show an alignment to a different course or program).
Wondering if anyone has thoughts here. The example that immediately comes to mind is Saylor's Principles of Marketing -- in one system it shows equivalency to 220: Managerial Accounting, in another it aligns with Bus 330: Marketing Management (which seems like the more likely equivalent).
Either way, will update here as i go through it - but ready to tackle this thing.
***Side note - reached out to Walden for perspective on the I/O masters and potential future quest into the PhD. They talked a fair bit about a direct-entry from BA to PhD (w/3.0 GPA), which seems insane... but wondering if anyone has done that at all / how long it took / how hard it was without the masters in hand, etc.

UMPI is going to be offering a BA in Psych beginning with the October session.

Saylor's Principles of Marketing transfers to UMPI as BUS330 not BUS220.

That BA might be interesting for me to top up with. Looks like i'll need to brush up on some more psych courses. =)
On the Saylor front, was just an example though... apparently one i just documented wrong. there were a couple though that showed up as different courses depending on where the credit came from (direct sophia/sdcm/saylor vs. the credly/ace one). doesn't really affect me, but was a curious thing to see as i tried to plan out my stuff. I also tried to take the course info from these forums to see what would offer the best mix to leave / complete at umpi... hopefully i've chosen well, but i guess we'll see soon

Well, I did it! Just wanted to come back and say thank you to this forum, the support from the members on this thread and others, and the incredible amount of work on degree plans and sharing experiences.
After a fair bit of organizing and planning, I was able to complete my BABA in Management & Leadership at UMPI in just one term. I graduated the first fall session, but have been waiting for it to be conferred ... which it now has been! I'll be graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA, and should be on the deans list. So, pretty proud moment over here for tackling something i've wanted to do for myself for a long time.
Thanks again everyone for your help getting here. Now to consider my next adventure! (maybe that Walden I/O Psych path... )

Great job! Congrats on getting that degree in one session/term... the BABA M&L concentration is a good option too, your next path would be similar if you do select a CBE option such as the Walden I/O Psych, good luck whichever way you go, and have fun!
