Do any of these big online schools offer any financial support for online students aside from general scholarships and financial aid? Thinking more along the lines of how in-person colleges might have food pantries/programs or things like that who are struggling financially while in school, regardless of their ability to pay for school itself.

I don't think any of them do. Those kinds of programs are usually more local. If you need help, I'd check out local resources.
