I am scouring the website trying to find this info... Do I need to register first with TESC to do this? Meaning, do I also need to application fee to be able to register?
I'm so confused... Since the price for Operations Management is only $99 + proctoring fee I figured to give this a shot, but am having the darndest time actually finding how to register.
Anyone else know how to do this or am I just taking crazy pills?

Yes, but don't you have to find a proctor too? That was one of several reasons why I didn't ever do a TECEP... although with their updated pricing, it would totally be worth finding the proctor..

Thanks for the links... For some reason I could not for the life of me find this.
Now, as I'm looking for the proctor, there doesn't seem to be any place to put an address on this form.
From others experiences is this asked after the tests are paid for and signed up?

I was wondering about a proctor too. I think you send in the registration form and the payment, then they contact you to arrange where to send the test. At that point, you give them your proctor's information. I would immediately call them after emailing or faxing over a form, to follow up.
As for a proctor, try a local college or a library. Most colleges have a testing center that will proctor the exam for a fee. Sometimes it can also be anyone with a bachelor's degree who is not related to you, but TESC might not allow that.
Bricabrac seems to have an updated form, so He (or She) will probably post it soon. The one I posted might be out of date, I found it under their forms section.

Never mind, I found the link to the correct form.

TESC students can register electronically through the students online account.
http://www.tesc.edu/files/Catalog2011.12.pdf See pp 8-11 for everything you need to know about taking tecep exams.

MM1988,
I'm a She.
Actually the form you posted is the new one included in the 2011-12 catalog. It's unfortunate that someone designed a new form omitting the proctor information. The only reason I can think of is they might be moving toward using the ProctorU service for teceps. Have no idea, my last tecep was in June prior to the July 1 changeover.
The process may have changed. I would still feel better using the old form. At least I would know I sent them the information and my paperwork didn't get lost in the system somewhere. When I registered for tecep exams the only acknowlegement received was a registration confirmation email sent approx 3 weeks prior to test date.
But yes, other than taking exams at TESC (or now possibly ProctorU) non-military students use either a library or college for their proctor. If anyone knows otherwise please advise.

Thanks for clarifying that Ms. bricabrac . I will call them today and ask about ProctorU for the TECEP exams. Perhaps, they will have more information. If there is more information then I will post it here.

Thanks to the both of you!!
MM, I look forward to hearing what TESC has to say about ProctorU. I'd be willing to buy a webcam just for this reason too!
Gotta love the strides in technology!
