Number of degrees on single residency waiver fee

It is a well known fact that at TESU you can have two of everything (associates and bachelors). Supposing I wanted to graduate with four degrees at the same time, would I be able to do it with a single residency waiver fee? Somewhere I saw something about the residency waiver fee only being good for max two degrees. I've searched TESU's site and not found any answers, so I'm turning to the folks that know more about TESU than TESU itself.

@jefferymd yes I can confirm that one residency waiver will cover all 4 provided they are done at the same time.
